Principle Property Group ventures into the International property market-

18/08/2010

Principle Property Group has taken on its first ever International investment opportunity by gaining exclusive access to an exciting development on the tranquil, unspoilt island of Koh Samui situated in the Gulf of Thailand.

Koh Samui Country Club is made up of 38 apartments and 28 individual villas all surrounding a central communal area which is a home to a signature fine dining restaurant, state of the art fitness facilities, spa, tennis, mountain side yoga salas, and a huge beautifully finished infinity pool on the main clubhouse as well as stunning panoramic views of neighbouring islands of Koh Tao and Koh Phangan.

“Recent research from the Worldwide Property Group revealed that 80 per cent of 45 to 54-year-olds are looking to buy an overseas home, with 90 per cent indicating their belief that the market offers an "excellent opportunity". A huge 75 per cent said that property offered the best investment potential of all major investment options” – Worldwide Property Group

With a warm climate, a laid back life style and cheap living, Thailand has seen an influx of British citizen buying property for either investment purposes or simply for a holiday home.

It has also been recognised by the Telegraph that –

“One in four first-time buyers in the UK are considering purchasing property abroad, according to new research.”
